SHIPPING

Each piece will arrive in its own individual box, packaged in a padded envelope or box. All items from our online shop are shipped with GLS in Denmark and DHL outside Denmark. All shipments have track and trace and are free of charge.

DELIVERY

Each piece is handmade to order in our Copenhagen studio. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your piece to be crafted. We’ll keep you updated throughout — and if you need it sooner, just reach out and we’ll do our best.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your piece. Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless agreed with us in advance. We are always happy to discuss adjustments.

If your piece of jewelry has been damaged during shipping, please send an email along with pictures of your parcel on the day of receiving it.
