SHIPPING, RETURNS & REPAIRS
SHIPPING
Each piece will arrive in its own individual box, packaged in a padded envelope or box. All items from our online shop are shipped with GLS in Denmark and DHL outside Denmark. All shipments have track and trace and are free of charge.
DELIVERY
Each piece is handmade to order in our Copenhagen studio. Please allow 4–6 weeks for your piece to be crafted. We’ll keep you updated throughout — and if you need it sooner, just reach out and we’ll do our best.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to love your piece. Standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, provided they are unworn and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Bespoke and made-to-measure pieces are crafted specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless agreed with us in advance. We are always happy to discuss adjustments.
If your piece of jewelry has been damaged during shipping, please send an email along with pictures of your parcel on the day of receiving it.
REPAIRS & WARRANTY
Every piece is made to be worn and loved for many years. If something happens to your jewellery, Rebecca repairs it herself in her Copenhagen studio.
2-year warranty
All jewellery comes with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. It covers defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty repairs are free of charge.
The warranty does not cover:
– Normal wear over time, such as scratches, dents or changes to the surface
– Damage from knocks, accidents or loss
– Contact with chemicals, chlorine or perfume
– Pieces that have been altered or repaired by someone else
Repairs outside the warranty
For anything not covered by the warranty, or for pieces older than 2 years:
– DKK 500 for minor repairs
– From DKK 1,000 for larger repairs
Rebecca looks at every piece and tells you the price before any work begins. Nothing is done without your approval.
