- Jewelry must be in its original, unworn condition, with all original packaging, pouches, and certificates included.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Custom and personalized pieces — including engraved, made-to-order, and resized items — are non-returnable, as these are crafted specifically for you.
Once your return request is submitted, our team will review it and get back to you within 2–3 business days with further instructions, including how to safely return your item.
