SHIPPING

Each piece will arrive in its own individual box, packaged in a padded envelope or box. All items from our online shop are shipped with GLS in Denmark and DHL outside Denmark. All shipments have track and trace and are free of charge.

DELIVERY

All our pieces at Rebecca Elbek are handmade and unique. Please be advised that we have between 4 – 6 weeks of delivery time. We strive to deliver the order to you as fast as possible. If you need your piece of jewelry to be done before 4 weeks, please do not hesitate to contact us at sales@rebeccaelbek.com or call +45 25 33 25 62. We will do our outmost to meet your request.

Rebeccaelbek.com does not process orders on weekends or holidays observed by the company and rebeccaelbek.com will be closed on public holidays. If in doubt please do not hesitate to email us sales@rebeccaelbek.com and we will let you know and do our outmost to accommodate your wishes.

RETURN POLICY

All our pieces are handmade and we will do our best to make your piece as close to the images on the website as possible, however since all jewelry is made by hand they will all vary to some degree from piece to piece. This is the signature and DNA of a Rebecca Elbek jewelry, which makes each piece unique. We will do our outmost to make sure that our customers won’t be disappointed.

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 7 days of receipt. 

If your piece of jewelry has been damaged during shipping, please send an email along with pictures of your parcel on the day of receiving it.

All bespoke and made to measure pieces cannot be returned for an exchange or refund. We do offer to help with realter the size of your piece if the size does not fit for a small additional fee of 1000 dkk + shipping.

Please email us at sales@rebeccaelbek.com with your inquiry and return the parcel to us. The parcel must be with us within one week of letting us know that the item is being returned. Please note that all returns are your responsibility and must be sent with track and trace at your expense to: Rebecca Elbek, Hellerupvej 5A, 2900 Hellerup, Denmark. These expenses are not covered by Rebecca Elbek.

All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.

EU:

Special orders (made to measure pieces) and bespoke pieces cannot be returned

For a full refund, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only and must be made within 14 days of receipt. 

We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable.

All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.

Please note that Rebecca Elbek does not cover shipping fees in case of a return.
